At Voxmail, we strive to provide high-quality AI-powered voice and email services. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Refund Eligibility

All Voxmail payments are processed securely through our billing partner, Paddle. As the Merchant of Record, Paddle handles all payment-related inquiries, including billing and refunds.

  • Accidental or Duplicate Purchases: You are eligible for a full refund upon request.
  • Technical Issues: If our services were inaccessible due to verified technical issues reported within 7 days.
  • No Usage-Based Refunds: We do not offer refunds for unused time or features.
  • Refund Window: Requests must be submitted within 10 days of the purchase date.

Subscription Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription any time using the link in your original Paddle receipt or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future charges but does not trigger an automatic refund.
